END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING USE.FO. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and use.fo ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Taipei, Taiwan, for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, use.fo hereby grants you a subscription-based, single-user, non-transferable license to install and use the Software. use.fo is a plugin/extension designed to An Extension help users to rewrite their prompts.

This license permits installation and use of the Software on a single device at a time. You may not make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

This subscription-based license is valid only for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, your right to use the Software will end, and you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.
  • Distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or host the Software for third parties.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) from the Software or its documentation.
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Software are owned by use.fo or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that you obtain no ownership rights in the Software, its documentation, or any related materials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL USE.FO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF USE.FO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY CASE, USE.FO'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, use.fo may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the courts of Taiwan. You and use.fo agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and use.fo concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this Agreement.

12. Apple-Specific Terms (For iOS Users)

If you have downloaded the Software from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply to your use of the Software:

12.1 Acknowledgment

This EULA is concluded between you and use.fo only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). use.fo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Software and the content thereof. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Software.

12.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the Software is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Software on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such Software may be accessed, acquired, and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

12.3 Maintenance and Support

Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Software. Any maintenance and support services are provided by use.fo, as specified in this EULA (if any) or as required under applicable law.

12.4 Warranty

Apple is not responsible for any warranty claims related to the Software, whether express, implied, or statutory. In the event of any failure of the Software to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Software to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Software.

12.5 Product Claims

use.fo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Software or your possession and/or use of the Software, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Software fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

12.6 Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Software or your possession and use of the Software infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, use.fo, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by this EULA.

12.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12.8 Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

13. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

use.fo offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. use.fo does not directly process or refund these payments; all billing inquiries must be directed to the respective app store.

For iOS users, you can restore previously purchased subscriptions by using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App settings if you change devices or reinstall the Software.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
