Troubleshooting
Problem: Text is not pasted into my app
Solution: Some apps may require additional Windows permissions. Try running use.fo as administrator. Also check that the target app is accepting keyboard input before triggering dictation.
Problem: Local AI does not load
Solution: Confirm VRAM > 4GB is available. Close GPU-intensive apps to free VRAM. Check that your CPU is x86/x64 (ARM is not supported). In the app, the hardware detection panel will show why the model could not load.
Problem: Microphone not working
Solution: Check Windows Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → enable access for apps and for use.fo specifically. In use.fo Settings → Input, confirm the correct microphone is selected.
