Workflow with use.fo

  1. Open a document (Google Docs, Word, or similar).
  2. Hold the use.fo trigger hotkey.
  3. Speak the content section out loud — project context, decisions, status, risks — in natural, conversational language.
  4. Release the key. use.fo processes the speech and rewrites it using General or Work Chat mode, producing structured professional prose.
  5. Paste the result directly into the document.
  6. Move to the next section and repeat.
  7. Occasionally use Prompt mode to structure a complex section as a list or table.
